A good portion of teams have off-days this week, leading to the significant possibility of rotation-shuffling. For example in Toronto, Drew Hutchison and Ricky Romero get the nods Monday and Tuesday respectively. With the Jays having Thursday off, they could in theory keep Romero on his normal schedule and give him the nod on Sunday, June 3, thus making him a two-start starter while either skipping Hutchison or pushing him to Monday. In most cases, I am making the assumption that this does NOT happen, but it certainly could.
