Blackmon has agreed to terms with the Jaguars, the team's official Twitter page reports.

Blackmon is expected to sign his contract Monday evening or Tuesday, but since the CBA does not permit him to put on pads until three days after the signing, he's not expected to play in the team's first preseason game Friday against the Giants. Coach Mike Mularkey and offensive coordinator Bob Bratkowski have continued to reiterate how far behind Blackmon will be when he reports to camp, but it's imperative for the team's offensive success that he begins to build a rapport with sophomore QB Blaine Gabbert, whose development has reportedly been encouraging this offseason despite the absence of the team's first-round pick.
