Frasor has been named Toronto's closer by manager Cito Gaston, the Calgary Sun reports. "Jason Frasor was my closer last year and he hasn't done anything to lose the job," Gaston said.

Recommendation:
Kevin Gregg and Scott Downs will work in set-up roles. However, it's still possible Frasor could be traded early in the season as the Twins are reportedly interested. However, Frasor is the pitcher to own in Toronto for saves at the start of the season.
